American Pops Orchestra: Too Darn Hot!

  • Meridian International Center 1630 Crescent Place Northwest Washington, DC, 20009 United States (map)

Edmund makes his soloist debut with the American Pops Orchestra under the direction of maestro Luke Frazier, in a benefit concert featuring a selection of Broadway standards.

The weather is hot and so are the tunes! From Cole Porter to The Wiz, George Gershwin to My Fair Lady, join Nic Rouleau (The Book of Mormon), Brittany Chanell Johnson (Howard University Musical Theatre Area Faculty), and Edmund Milly with members of The American Pops Orchestra for an unforgettable night of Broadway classics and new standards.

We invite guests to arrive at 7:30pm to enjoy complimentary refreshments and light snacks inside Meridian House of D.C.'s historic Meridian International Center. The hour-long indoor performance will begin at 8:00pm.

While tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at no cost, a $50 donation is suggested for entry. Please consider that a donation of any amount is encouraged and directly supports the artists and musician fees for this performance, as well as APO's important efforts as a 501(c)(3) to build community through the arts.

All guests are required to be fully vaccinated. Those who are unvaccinated must provide proof of a negative covid test taken within 48 hours of the event.
